Every year we have ever increasing number of coaches who contact us regarding employment and coaching positions in Eurocamp. Our policy:
If you apply as a novice coach (first time in Eurocamp) you might be invited to work with us but your first year is certainly without remuneration. We provide accommodation and full board. Based on your first year performance you might receive an offer from me asking you to return next year as full paid staff member.
You need a valid CRB clearance to work with children in the United Kingdom, every country has it's equivalent so you need to attach if you send the first letter of interest to us.
Every year we accept two volunteer coach not more. First come first served is the policy. It is certainly a plus if one of our core staff member supports your application and recommends your services, however it is my sole decision to hire staff. If you are invited and you turn it down or you do not show up, that means you are done for us, and Eurocamp wishes good luck to you to work in other camps. We have core staff members who know how Eurocamp runs. We are expecting from novice coaches to understand our system, be around always at your first year. Our camp is international and we have a lot of players every year whose first language is not English. Our staff and the coaches are also recruited from all over the World. We are placing a novice coach with our senior staff member first, and after assisting 2-3 sessions we may assign you to run a training session.
I may invite a coach of my choice to be paid member of staff even if he is a novice first timer at Eurocamp. This is again my sole discretion and decision.

If you are none EU citizen you must apply for visa to enter to the UK, Eurocamp does not and will not issue visa guarantee or invitation or reference visa applications to the UK.
Travelling back and forth to your country is your responsibility and cost.
